Meet Francesco
The person behind UNICA
I am Francesco, Italian-Swiss, born and raised in Valais. Growing up between two cultures gave me an instinctive understanding of how Swiss clients think — the precision they expect, the rhythm they prefer, the level of clarity they consider non-negotiable.
These expectations don’t always travel well. When they meet a country as different as Spain, what should be an exciting project can quickly turn into something stressful, fragmented, and difficult to navigate alone.
Based in Costa del Sol since 2021, I decided to put my experience and my network on both sides of the border to good use. UNICA was born from that decision: a way to bridge two worlds I know intimately, and to give Switzerland-based buyers a single, dependable point of reference for their property project in Spain.
I speak Italian, French, Spanish, and English. I work directly with each client, in their language, at their pace.
Finding the right home shouldn't be an obstacle. It should be part of the pleasure.

Our service model
UNICA’s core service — listening to your project, orienting you, selecting opportunities, and accompanying you through the buying process — is offered at no cost to the client. Our work is recognised by the partner agencies and developers, who remunerate UNICA when an introduction leads to a successful acquisition.
This model keeps our incentives clean. We are paid only when you find a property that genuinely fits, which means our role is to help you choose well, not to push you toward a sale.
Optional support
UNICA Concierge
For clients who would like help with everything that comes after the property itself, UNICA offers an optional concierge service designed to make the move to Spain feel as effortless as the search.
Where the search service ends with the keys to your property, UNICA Concierge begins where life in Spain actually starts: paperwork, banking, the move itself, and the small but essential decisions that turn a house into a home.
